일본의 동남아시아 원조에 관한 건
I have heard from a very good source that when Kishi was invited to visit Mr. Nixon he told him Japan was doing all they could to pay reparations to the countries of Southeast Asia. With regard to aid in developing the area he pointed out the anti-Japanese feelings in this region. He assured Mr. Nixon that the Japanese Government is doing its best to promote civilian investments but is not achieving much success. His main point was that all the countries are suspicious of Japan and therefore U.S. help is needed.
