SUBJECT : Resignation of Mr. CHANG Kyung Keun As a Member of Our Delegation to Korea-Japan Conference
This is to report to Your Excellency that Mr. CHANG Kyung Keun, a member of the National Assembly, resigned from the Delegation appointed to attend the Korea-Japan Talks.
The Government had appointed him as a member of cur Delegation to the Korea-Japan Overall Talks which was slated to be held at Tokyo from March 1, 1958, but he tendered his resignation on February 26, 1958 on the reason that he has to run for the general election of the 4th National Assembly which is to be held in first part of May.
The Foreign Ministry accepted his resignation because of the above-mentioned reason.
