I am a student of political science at the University of Oslo, presently working on a thesis concerning international law. The outcome of this Work is entirely dependent upon the amount of material I am able to gather from the various ministries of external affairs.
I am dealing with the problem of the continental shelf, and thus I am deeply interested in material connected with this matter.
I undersstand that your Government has issued a declarstion concerning the continental shelf. Would it he possible to have a copy of that declaration mailed to me ? I would be very grateful if you could be of assistance in this.
Also, I would, naturally, be interested in any additional legislation, as well as special information, as for example concerning the supposed Korea view on the legal right to acquire the continental shelf. Also, has actual exploitation begun?
Further, would you be so kind as to inform me about the policy of your Government when it concerns territorial waters?
These matters are of considerable importance to me. I would be extremely thankful if you could help me. Also, the thesis is
