3. Proceedings:
(A)In connection with the proposal which Mr. Limb made at the Second Plenary Session regarding the organisation of committees and subcommittees, Mr. Sawada said that his Delegation was still studying ever the Korean proposal in consultation with various Ministries concerned.
Mr. Limb expressed his hope that Mr. Sawada would give a prompt consideration to the Korean proposal so that actual works could be started at the earliest possible date.
(B). It was agreed that the Fourth Plenary Session be held at 4 p. m. on April 25,1958.
(C). The press release, of which the text is attached hereto, was decided by the Chief Delegates of both sides.
