The Korean Deplomatic Mission in Japan presents its compliment to the Deplomatic Section of General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers and has the honor to refer to the telephone conversation on the preliminary conference for the settlement of the nationality of the Korean residents in Japan between Mr. Franklin Rawley of the latter and Dr. Hongkee Karl of this Mission.
The Diplomatic Section is informed that this Mission is fully prepared for the said conference and is uesirous to have Diplomatic Section's proposal on the opening date of the aforementioned conference.
