제4차 한일회담 대표단 개편에 관한 훈령

SUEJECT : Recommendation on Revising List of Delegation to the Fourth Korea-Japan Conference
As Ambassador Yu Taik Kim was relieved of his duty as Chief of Tokyo Mission and Minister Tat Ha Yiu took over the above duty, it became necessary for the Government to revise the list of the Delegation to the fourth Korea-Japan Conference. Revision of the above list is also necessitated in view of the prospect that the forthcoming committee meetings will cover wider scope of agenda items including various claims against Japan.
Under these circumstances, it is recommended for Your Excellency's approval that Messrs. LEE, Sang Duk and YU, Chang Soon, both members of the Bank of Korea, be additionally appointed as members of the Delegation, and that members of the Delegation be re-assigned to appropriate posts so that they may work more efficiently adapting themselves to a new situation we shall be faced with at the Conference.
The Ministry's draft revised list of the Delegation is enclosed herewith for Your Excellency's
