Subject; Ambassador Yiu's proposals to Minister
Fujiyama on 30th July 1959.
With regard to your cable of 30th July, 1959, regarding the subject matter, I have the honour to enclose the memorandum submitted from Counsellor Park who saw Dalton at the Foreign Office. I sent a cable report to you yesterday in this regard.
As for the Press, Diplomatic Missions, and the Red Cross Society, this Embassy today sent out a statement of background information, a copy of which is herein enclosed for your information.
