Press Release of Proceedings of the Fifth Plenary Session, Japan-Korea Conference
1. The Fifth Plenary Session of the Japan-Korea Conference was held at the Conference Room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on April 4th, 1952 from 14:05 hours to 15:25 hours. Dr. Y.C. Yang, Chief Delegate and 12 others of the Korean Delegation and Mr. S. Matsumoto, Chief Delegate, and 7 others of the Japanese Delegation were present.
2. At this Plenary Session, both Delegates talked about the ways to handle the matters hereafter, in view of the proceedings of each Committee.
Both Delegates, being well understand that the problems of property and claims and fisheries are difficult, are firmly determined to make every effort, in order to come to the final settlement, overcoming the said difficulties.
