Your Excellency,
Naturally, I am appapproaching many of the Senators and Congressmen as possible to make speeches on the floor relative to the question of the Japanese scheme of deportation of our innocent people to the north. I understand most these people have to clear with the State Department particularly on international problems. Therefore, it is very difficult for them to do so. However, this does not stop me from making My feelings known to them, and I shall keep on doing so.
My reason is that I feel their statements on the Congressional floor will put some pressure on Japanese thinking, and they agree with me on this.
With renewed sentiments of loyalty and esteem, I remain,
