MEMORANDUM FOR: JAPANESE GOVERNMENT
SUBJECT: Korean Registered Vessels in Japanese Waters
1. Reference is made to the following memoranda for the Ministry of Transportation from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers:

2. The following named vessels of Korean registry are to be returned to the Government since the Japanese Government has been unable to furnish proof that not in Korean waters on or after 9 August 1945:

3. The vessels will be delivered in Japan, in their present condition, to representative of the Korean Government and the inclosed receipt is to be execute the time of delivery. Representatives of the Korean Diplomatic Mission and the Property Division, Reparations Agency, Japanese Government are to complete arrange regarding delivery. All expenses incurred with respect to these vessels after de are the responsibility of the Korean Government.
4. Six copies of the executed receipt are to be furnished Civil Property Of General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers within three (3) delivery of the vessels.
