Summary Record of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Fourth Korea-Japan Overall Talks

3. Proceedings:
(1) The summary records of the second and third plenary sessions of the Fourth Korea-Japan Overall Talks, which had been respectively initialed by Mr. CHOI and Mr. OKUMA, were confirmed by the Chief Delegates of both sides.
(2) Mr. Sawada said that the Korean proposal on the composition of committees was still under the study of the Japanese Delegation. Mr. Limb expressed his hops that the study would be completed as promptly as possible so that both sides could start actual works immediately.
(3) It was agreed that the next plenary session, be held at 3 p.m. April 30, 1958.
(4) The press release, of which the text is attached hereto, was decided by the Chief Delegates of both sides.
