(Record No.4)
RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE ON VESSELS
The 7th meeting of the "Committee on Vessels" was held on November 15, 1951 at the Ministry of Transportation office.
Considering that Agenda (a) was closely related with Agenda (b), the Japanese Committee member, in order to expedite the discussion of agenda (a), asked the Korean side to make an explanation about agenda (b), while they were discussing Agenda (a). Japanese side, however, would not insist on amalgamating agenda (a) into (b). They also would like to hold answer to five data requested by the Korean side pending clarification of agenda (b).
Then the Korean side replied the Japanese side that, unless any concrete answer was obtained in respect to five data which they requested the other side to submit in order to discuss agenda (a), they opposed to suspend the discussion of agenda (a) in the course of its substential discussion and thus enter into the discussion of agenda (b).
In order to proceed with the discussion of agenda (a), accordingly, it was decided to try to find the way for adjusting the disagreement between the both parties.
