The Korean Diplomatic Mission in Japan presents its compliments to the Diplomatic Section of General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers and has the honor to refer to the latter’s note of August 16, 1951 concerning the arrangement of negotiations on the legal status of Korean residents in Japan.
It is the desire of this Mission that a preliminary confab with the authorities of the Diplomatic Section be held at 10 a.m., August 23, 1951, Friday at the Diplomatic Section.
The following members of this Mission will attend the proposed confab:
Dr. Hong Kee Karl, Counselor
Dr. Chin O Yu, Legal Advisor
Dr. Tai Dong Kim, Head, Political Section
Dr. Kyu Young Hahn, Third Secretary
Ambassador Shin may attend as observer.
