구겐하임 교수와의 대담 내용에 관한 건

Your Excellency:
As I reported by cable, I have met Professor Guggenheim, Professor at the University of Geneva and an eminent lawyer. The contents of my talks with him have already been reported by cable. He is a good friend of Phillip Jessup, Professor at Columbia University. Yesterday I had a talk for an hour with him at his home.
I realize that the Government will consider all aspects of this case. I replied to the Government enquiry and sent three messages on this case.
As the planes are leaving so irregularly at the moment owing to foggy weather here in Geneva, I shall be sending reports mainly by cable.
