This morning (August 3), I received a cable from Minister Choi in Geneva, which reads "please inform me urgently of expected date for the resumption of the overall talks and of about when the excution of mutual repatriation will be effected.
We are doing our best here. Kyuhah Choi."
Earliest Government's instruction on sending reply to the above urgent request from Minister Choi will be highly appreciated.
