3. Proceedings:
(1) The chief delegates of both sides respectively introduced the members of their delegations and delivered opening addresses, of which the texts are attached hereto.
(2) It was decided that the chief delegates of both sides would hold informal meetings for the purpose of discussing how to proceed with the talks.
(3) Mr. Chul Soon Moon and Mr. Atsushi Uyama were nominated press officers for their respective delegations.
(4) The press release, of which the text is attached hereto, was decided by the press officers of both sides.
