The Opening Session of the Preliminary Talks for the Fifth Korea-Japan Overall Talks Held
The Opening session of the Preliminary Talks for the Fifth Korea-Japan Overall Talks was held at the Ministry of foreign Affairs at 11:00 a.m. on October 25, 1960. The Korean delegation was headed by Dr. Yu Chin-O and the Japanese delegation was headed by Dr. Renzo Sawada.
At this meeting the Chief Delegates of the two Governments delivered addresses after having introduced the members of their respective delegations. It was decided that the Chief Delegates of the both sides will discuss how to proceed with the Talks later.
