한일회담 일정에 관한 건

At 11:50 this morning (Aug. 8) the Japanese Foreign Ministry proposed to the Mission through telephone that the hour of the resuiption of the overall talks would be 10:00 a.m. of August 12 and that hour of the opening of Working Committee would be 2:30 p.m. of the same day. The Japanese Foreign Minister wanted to informally exchange in advance the text of opening address to be made by the Chief delegates of both sides, adding that Japanese chief delegate Sawada would deliver an address to express his pleasure on the resumption of the overall talks and to express desires for successful conclusion of the talks. The Japanese Foreign Ministry also wanted to know who would be the Chief delegate of our side and who be our Chief Member at Working Committee as soon as possible.
Early Government instruction in this regard would be highly appreciated.
