The hour of appointment to see Japanese Vice Foreign Minister Yamade was changed from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., August 1 st sudden request from the Japanese Foreign Ministry this morning.
According to information, an emergency meeting is being hald in the Japanese Foreign Ministry to review situation in connection with the new regarding our delegations representations to the ICRC reportedly made on the basis of our proposal for resumption of overall talks.
