There seems to be signs that change of attitude on the part of ICRC has been rapidly taking place for the just few days. I think that a serious attention should be given to this sign of change of attitude on the part of ICRC. I am afraid that our delegation in Geneva might not be a position to fool this sign of change, I am recommending to the Government that our delegation in Geneva be instructed urgently to double their efforts and contact with Committee Member of ICRC to prevent any change in the attitude of the ICRC. I will report in this regard in detail by letter via Friday pouch.
