건명. 재일한인 북송에 관한 일본정부의 기도를 저지하기 위하여 정부가 취할 조치에 관한 건.
머리의 건에 관하여 재일한인 북송에 관한 일본정부 의 기도를 저지하기 위하여 다음과 같은 조치를 취함이 어떠하올지 고재를 바라나이다.
(MEASURES to be taken by the Government)
1. To make representation to the U.S. Embassy in Seoul pursuant to the Oral Statement draft of which is attached herwith (Enclosure I);
2. Soon after receiving U.S. reaction to the above representation, to instruct Ambassador Yiu to make representation to Japanese Foreign Minister by the Aide Memoire draft of which is attached herewith (Enclosure II);
3. To instruct our Delegation in Geneva to hand a copy of Ambassador Yiu's Aide Memoire to the ICRC ;
4. To inform all mission chiefs of our position;
5. To notify the Japanese Government that as soon as it repatriates our detainees at Omura to the Republic of Korea, our Government will repatriate those Japanese fishermen who served out their sentences as of the date of Ambassador Yiu's representation to the Japanese Government.

머리의 건에 관하여 재일한인 북송에 관한 일본정부 의 기도를 저지하기 위하여 다음과 같은 조치를 취함이 어떠하올지 고재를 바라나이다.
