Subj : Japanese Fishing Vessels
Encl : (1) List of Japanese Fishing Vessels captured by R. O. K. Navy, 1951
1. In accordance with instructions received from the Commander in Chief, Far East, the Japanese Fishing vessels listed in enclesure (1), except the Hayatori Maru and No.13 and 15 Kopira Maru, are to be sent to their respective home ports with their ▣...▣.
2. Vessels and arows the have violated Korean Territorial Waters are to be dealt regarding with according to Korean law. This Command will be notified of court nation taken and will forward this information to Supreme Commander Allied Powers.
3. Prior to departure of each vessel from Korea, this Command will be informed of the vessel's estimated time of departure, ▣▣cod of advance, and estimated time of arrival at home port. This Command will also be promptly informed of the actual time of departure of each vessel from Korea.
4. This Command will foward the information on each vessel as listed in paragraph 3, to the Supreme Commander Allied Powers, who in turn will notify appropriate Japanese authorities to take the nation against the vessels.
5. In the event that any of the vessels listed in enclosure (1) in the custody of the R. O. K. Navy are not in Pusan at this time, it is requested that orders be issued directing their immediate return to Pusan for compliance with the instructions of this letter.
6. The results of the court nation on each case will be requested from SCAF and this nation will be made known to R. O. K. Navy Nerdquarters for record.
7. Future violations should be shocked against your records in order to determine repeated violations by area vessel.
