In the event the Korea-Japan conference is to be resumed the Korean side has the following to request the Japanese side as restitution:
Item I. to return the classical books and documents (number: 7,834), art objects, curious, other national treasures, map negatives and gold bullion (249,633,198.61 gram) and silver bullion (89,076,205.12 gram) taken away from Korea,
Item II. to repay the obligations and debts of the Government of Japan to the Government-General of Chosun as of August 9, 1945, (Estimated amount: ￥5,634,722,252.54)
Item III. to return the monetary accounts transferred or remitted from Korea on and or since August 9, 1945, (Estimated amount: ￥5,719,421,602.85)
Item IV. to return the properties in Japan of the juridical persons with head offices in Korea as of August 9, 1945, (Estimated amount ￥2,983,165,878.63)
Item V. to repay the national or public bonds and the Bank of Japan notes, issued by the Japanese authorities, in possession of Korean nationals and or juridical persons, the Japanese obligations to the conscripted Korean laborers including the Japanese compensations for damage occurred to the military personnels and other claims of Korean nationals or its juridical persons to the Government of Japan and or her nationals, (Estimated amounts; more than ￥14,618,820,025.25)
Item VI. to recognize the legality of the Korean natural and or juridical persons' ownership of the shares or other securities issued by Japanese Juridical persons, (Estimated amount: more than ￥25,757,730.19)
Item VII. to return those vessels registered in Korea as of August 9, 1945 and located in the Japanese waters thereafter, and also to return those vessels located in the Korean waters as of August 9, 1945 and found in the Japanese waters thereafter, (Number 177)
Item VIII. to return all the interests as have been or will have been yielded by the afore-mentioned properties and or claims.
