The followings are details of their coversation:
 
Mr. Allison told the last ◆◆◆◆◆ cuites said it se conle during is as Limton visit. Amb. Limb himself entioned that we was back in co◆l for three wee◆s this the an wilson his way back to NewYork.
 
Amo. Limb, referring to the recent UNOUKK were to ave a hig co missioner or a subeo mittee, stated that our government was against it. He said that our Government favored the continued existence of the UN◆◆◆K in Korea and asked the support of the U.S. Government in this regard. Without giving any direct answer Amb. Allison suggented that Mr. Limb sec◆r. ◆iles ◆ond who is in darge of UN affairs in as inston.
 
Before Amb. Limb and Minister Kim mentioned about the korea-Japan relations. Mr. Allison himself broumt out the subject, saying taht he hand◆met Japanese Foreian inister Shigemitsn a few days before(he met Shige itsu on Wednesday last week).
 
According to Amb Allison the Japanese foreign Anister and his eputy, Mr. Lani, are now considering the way to improve the current relationship between the two countries. Minister Kim asked Allison whether the Japanese Government would withdraw the property claims this time. Allison replied that the Japanese were now seriously studying the formular whereby the talks would be resumed.
 
Amb. Limb said that Japan was responsible for the current deter-ioration for the Korea-Japan relations, because she blocked the way for the resumption of the talks by persisting in the absurd property claims.
 
Mr. Allison teld them that Shigemitsu told his that in the event the Japanes side withdraw the property claims, there would arise a question of coupensations for its nations on which he was discussing with the Finance minister.
 
Mr. Limb and Minister Kim emphathecally stated that Japan should withdraw the said property claims before the resumption of the talks and that there would be no resumption of the talks until Japan comlies. Allison said that thd U.S. side would not allow Japan to maintain such property claims, when the talks ard resumed. Therefore, Allison continued, at the end of the conference thd Korean side will find that Japan did not make such property claims to Korea, So, shy not start talking now?"
 
Minister Kim told Mr. Allison firmly that since the Japanese side made the absurd property claims, she should make the official withdrawal. Mr. Allison replied that Japan was now considering the matter further.
