1. Reference is made to:

Memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 602(17 Nov. 48) CPC/FP, SCAPIN 1965/2, 1 June 1949, subject, “Disposition of property in Japan of Companies or persons with Head Offices in areas Formerly Occupied by the Japanese,” from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers.
b. PCO 1133, 53 (FI/CU), 2 June 1950, subject, “Application for Approval of Liquidation Program in Accordance with the Provision of Article 17 of Cabinet Order No. 291 of 1949.”

2. Application submitted under reference 1b is denied.

3. It is directed that residual assets after payment of all claims to delivered to the shareholders of the subject company.
