These are the detailed views of the valets depicted in the portrait on the northern wall of the main chamber in Tokhung-ri Tomb. The four valets standing directly behind Youzhou Provincial Governor Jin in the portrait are depicted to be much smaller in scale. This unique method of portraiture depicts various figures in different scales depending on the person's social standing. Of the two rows of valets, the figures in the upper row are each depicted holding a round fan and a horn bugle. The two valets in the lower row are wearing military attaché Chaeks (Headwear worn by civil servants and military attachés. Civil servants wore Chaeks with tops that were split in the back and curving forward. Military attachés wore Chaeks with cone-shaped points.), in a display of their high military ranks.
