This is the barn depicted on the southern wall of the eastern auxiliary chamber. The barn itself features a tiled roof, and three oxen with red nose rings can be seen underneath feeding from a manger. The ox in the front is brown with white spots on its ears and hind legs. A yellow ox is feeding in the middle followed by a black ox. The oxen and manger are staggered diagonally in an excellent utilization of perspective. The oxen in this lively scene feature sharp horns and big, bright eyes, and the black ox with its head turned back is particularly well-rendered.
