This is a detailed view of Bakui on the ceiling of the antechamber (northern wall) in Tokhung-ri Tomb. Eighteen auspicious animals are depicted on the ceiling of the antechamber in Tokhung-ri Tomb. The Heavenly Horse, Jichuk, Cheonjak, Byeokdok, Bakui, Hajo, Yeongyang, Huewon, and an unidentified auspicious animal appear on the northern wall.
No other literary records exist regarding Yeongyang. The inscription next to Yeongyang reads "Yeongyang, Unsuccessful Scholar, Seven Antlers." Although the final character in the inscription is unclear, the Yeongyang is surmised to be a deer-like animal with seven antlers according to the partial translation. Yeongyang is mostly considered to be an antelope by modern interpretations. Similar to the Hajo, the inscription describes Yeongyang as having failed in his attempts to achieve enlightenment.
