This is the entire mural depicted on the southern wall of the western auxiliary chamber in Anak Tomb No. 3. A noblewoman, who is presumed to be the wife of the entombed nobleman, appears in the center of the mural. She is surrounded by three maids and sitting at an angle, facing her husband’s portrait of the deceased on the adjacent wall. Unlike the nobleman's portrait, this mural does not feature a folding screen, thereby providing a complete view of the well-preserved wooden platform on which the noblewoman sits.
The noblewoman's appearance is extremely glamorous. The maids tending to the noblewoman are depicted in a variety of poses. One maid has her hands folded in her sleeves, another is fanning the noblewoman, and the last maid can be seen holding an incense burner. Along with the nobleman's portrait of the deceased, this mural boasts the finest level of artistry in all of Anak Tomb No. 3.
The joist above the mural is decorated with vine-like oddly-shaped cloud patterns in red and white.
